2. Products and Purpose

CΔVΞMΔN offers:

digital files (PDF guides, blueprints, learning materials)
physical handmade items (copper-based tools, amulets, CaveTech devices)

All physical objects are handcrafted and created individually after ordering.

Variations in form, color, geometry, tone, patina, or surface texture are normal and intentional.

Important:

Products are intended for creative, educational, meditative, ritual, or experimental use.

They are not medical devices and do not replace professional treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

3. Digital Downloads

After completing payment:

your files become available for immediate download
download links are delivered by email and/or by account access

By downloading, you acknowledge that:

the right of withdrawal expires immediately once the download begins (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
digital files are for personal use only
redistribution, resale, uploading, or commercial use is prohibited

If you have trouble downloading, contact us — we will assist you.

4. Physical Products (Handmade Items)

Every physical item is handcrafted and produced individually after your order is placed.

Because of this:

slight differences in measurements, tone, patina, twist, and geometry are part of the process
color variation (raw, fire-burned, bronze-oil) is natural and depends on heat, oil, and copper structure
production times may vary depending on workload or materials

These variations do not constitute defects.

If applicable, estimated production time is shown on the product page.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted external providers such as PayPal or Stripe.

No card or banking details are stored on our servers
All prices are displayed in EUR (€)
According to §19 UStG, VAT is not charged

6. Shipping & Delivery

For physical products:

items are shipped from Germany
shipping rates and delivery times are shown during checkout
tracking is provided when available
international orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees

Customs disclaimer:

Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, or handling fees in their country.

Digital products are delivered instantly via download link.

7. Returns & Withdrawal

Digital Products

The right of withdrawal expires once the download begins.

(This is standard EU law for digital goods.)

Physical Products

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

unused
in original condition
safely packaged for transport

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website — including texts, images, diagrams, product designs, geometry visualizations, and branding — are the property of CΔVΞMΔN unless stated otherwise.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use them commercially without prior written permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CΔVΞMΔN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
All products (digital and physical) are used at your own discretion and responsibility
Handmade items may naturally vary; these variations are not defects
Energetic effects, metaphysical experiences, or subjective interpretations are not guaranteed

If incorrect handling, misuse, or modification of products occurs, liability is excluded.

10. Accounts & Data

When you create an account or place an order, your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

You may request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by German law and EU consumer regulations.

The competent court for disputes is Wuppertal, Germany, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
