↩️ Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

1. Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is:

• for physical products: 14 days from the day you (or a person named by you) received the goods,

• for digital products: 14 days from the day of purchase, unless you start the download with your explicit consent before the period ends.

A clear statement (e.g. “I hereby withdraw from my purchase…”) is sufficient.

No specific format is required.

2. Effects of Withdrawal (Refunds)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you,

including standard shipping costs, and excluding:

• any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option than our standard method,

• any loss of value caused by use or damage to the item.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of sending them back, whichever comes first.

3. Returns of Physical Products

If you withdraw from a purchase of a physical product:

• you must send the goods back to the address provided in our contact or legal disclosure page,

• without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for:

• the direct cost of returning the goods,

• securing safe packaging so that no damage occurs during transport.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to check their nature, properties, and functioning (similar to how you might test a product in a physical shop).

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. Digital downloads (PDFs, files, blueprints, guides)

   once the download has started with your explicit consent and with your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

2. Custom-made or heavily personalized items

   which are clearly tailored to your personal specifications and cannot reasonably be resold in their current form.

   This applies in particular to experimental or one-off CaveTech builds that are individually configured for you.

Standard catalog products that are handmade (e.g. tensor rings created after ordering) but follow a defined model and can still be resold in their original condition remain covered by the normal 14-day withdrawal right, as long as they are unused and undamaged.

By starting a download or explicitly commissioning a custom build, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal for that specific item will expire when production or download begins.

5. How to Withdraw

To withdraw from your purchase:

2. Include:

   • your name

   • your order number

   • a short statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

Example (optional):

“I hereby withdraw from my purchase of order #1234.”

You can use your own wording — no special form is required.
