(Returns, Repairs, and Refunds)

1. Overview

At CΔVΞMΔN, every item is crafted with intention and care.

If something is not right, we will work with you to find a fair solution.

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and repairs are handled for both physical and digital items.

2. Digital Products (PDFs, Downloads, Blueprints)

Digital items cannot be returned.

Once the download begins — with your explicit consent —

your right of withdrawal expires, and no refund can be issued.

If a file is corrupted, missing, or cannot be downloaded, contact us and we will resend or restore access.


3. Physical Products (Handmade Items)

You may return eligible physical items within 14 days of receiving them.

To start a return, contact:

Do not send items back without prior approval.

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in original, undamaged condition

  • securely packaged

You are responsible for:

  • return shipping costs

  • any loss in value caused by handling beyond normal inspection

When we receive the item, we will issue a refund using your original payment method.


4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

1. Digital downloads

after download has begun

(per EU law)

2. Custom-made or highly personalized products

, such as:

  • custom coils

  • personalized amulets

  • experimental or one-of-a-kind CaveTech builds

  • items created specifically according to your intention or configuration

These items are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

3. Used or damaged items

Products returned in visibly used or non-original condition cannot be refunded or may be refunded partially.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days

  2. Include photos of

    • the item

    • the packaging

    • the shipping label

We will offer one of the following:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • partial or full refund, depending on the situation

We always aim for a solution that feels fair for both sides.


6. Lost Packages & Shipping Issues

If tracking shows that the package was not delivered, we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

If a package is confirmed as lost, we will:

  • replace the item, or

  • issue a refund

depending on availability.

If tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive it,

we will support you in filing an inquiry with the carrier.


7. Custom & Handmade Variations

Because every physical item is handmade:

  • slight variations in geometry, dimensions, patina, or twist

  • color differences due to heat or oil processes

  • natural copper marks or surface texture

…are normal and not considered defects.

These variations do not qualify for refunds.
