1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support secure online payments via:

  • PayPal

  • Credit / Debit Card (via Stripe)

  • Direct Bank Transfer (available for custom or high-value builds on request)

All payments are processed in EUR (€).

Payment details are handled exclusively by external, encrypted payment providers.

CΔVΞMΔN does not store your full card or banking information.


2. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)

Digital items such as PDF guides, blueprints, and downloads are delivered automatically.

After purchase, you receive:

  • an order confirmation email, and

  • an instant download link

Digital files do not require physical shipment.

If you have issues accessing your download, contact us and we will assist immediately.


3. Physical Products (Handmade CaveTech Devices)

All physical items — copper rings, tensor tools, amulets, and experimental builds — are handcrafted individually after the order is placed.

Because each item is made to order:

  • production usually begins within a few days

  • slight variations in geometry, patina, color, or twist are natural

  • these variations are not defects, but part of handmade creation

You will be notified when:

  • your item enters production

  • your item is ready

  • your parcel has been shipped (tracking provided if available)


4. Shipping Information

We ship from Germany (NRW).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • Worldwide: times vary depending on destination

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and region.

All physical items are:

  • securely packed

  • protected for long-distance transit

  • sealed to prevent damage or moisture

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


5. Delivery & Responsibility

Once your package is handed over to the carrier (DHL / Deutsche Post or equivalent), responsibility transfers to the shipping service.

If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, we will assist in opening an investigation.

In case of major issues (lost package, incorrect delivery), we will work with you to resolve the situation — replacement or refund depending on the case.


6. Custom Orders (Personalized Devices)

Custom builds — such as personalized amulets, coils, modules, or experimental CaveTech constructs — may require additional production time.

Before payment, you will receive:

  • a production estimate

  • total cost

  • any additional details required for your custom build

Custom-made items may be excluded from standard withdrawal rights (see Terms & Conditions).


7. Damaged Items, Returns & Repairs

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.

  2. Include photos of:

    • packaging

    • the damaged item

    • the shipping label

Send all information to:

We will offer:

  • repair,

  • replacement, or

  • refund — depending on the situation and your preference.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
